This was the perfect home for a family trip close to NYC. We loved using the fireplace in the home and exploring local antique shops. It was too cold to ski but would have been the perfect location for a ski trip as well!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Matterhorn and couldn’t have asked for a better New Year getaway with our family. The apartment felt private, cozy and welcoming. It was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Our kids especially loved playing pool and ping pong in the rec room which was a huge bonus and kept them entertained while meeting other guests. The location is fantastic: super close to Hunter Mountain and a short drive to awesome restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. On top of all that, the hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond whenever we had a question which made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay, we would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful, clean, much bigger than expected. This unit has everything. Bring your coffee, tea and shower soaps and all else is provided. Comfortable and fun for all. We will definitely be returning.

Super responsive and friendly hosts. We had a great stay. Rooms were as pictured and six adults & three kids slept comfortably (we did bring a travel crib for the toddler). Loved the game room and the mountains right in front of the lodge. Will come back again!
