Great place, clean, worth the cost. Responsive host. Only issue is I could hear the loud next door neighbor and their tv through the wall but not a big enough issue to make it a dealbreaker. Would stay again

Super clean and cozy. An extra blanket was prepared for the room we were glad that it was there.
The facility was very new and the game room was fantastic! Nothing.

It was our 2nd time staying. Perfect spot for a quick stay. Everything was tidy and convenient, and communication with the host was smooth. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!

Beautiful, clean, much bigger than expected. This unit has everything. Bring your coffee, tea and shower soaps and all else is provided. Comfortable and fun for all. We will definitely be returning.

Listing is exactly as pictured. Host is very responsive and friendly. Super close to Hunter Mountain as well! Game room is perfect to unwind and relax as well as grab a quick snack if needed. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful, scenic and relaxing getaway!

The location is great. A lot of foliage roads for the fall. The Cumberland farms was where we got snacks and drinks. The game room was a nice surprise! It is geared towards adults which was fine. There was not a lot of traffic on the road which meant peaceful/quiet nights with tons of stars. The beds were comfortable, the tv was Roku so I was able to log into my own steaming services to watch what I wanted. We had some cold nights and used the electric stove which worked great. There was no microwave in the room, but it was in the game room. The “house keeping” if you want to call it that was there for a total of 10 minutes to give us more coffee and towels. There are no workers on the property at all. Which can be good and bad depending on your perspective.

Close to Hunter Mountain ski resort which was important to us. Very easy check in and out. I missed the cleaning fee when I booked so the total was more than I expected but that's on me.

We had a great day/night enjoying the fall foliage and local trails. The price was affordable and the location was right Hunter and tannersville. The room was clean, simple, and just what we needed for a nice little reset and quiet night.

Beautiful house and stunning views. The layout of the house was perfect for my family and the hosts were always attentive to our needs and questions.

great place- fast communication, comfy beds, beautiful view! it’s simple motel-like room but with all these lovely touches that just make it extra nice. game room also very cool! only thing to be aware of is they don’t have a carbon monoxide detector- might be worth investing in those as they are very cheap! overall fantastic place.
